HBAR (Hungarian Business Association in Romania) was established on May 15th 2005, at the initiative of many companies, famous Hungarian business man, from Hungary the Economy and commerce minister and his ITDH, and the Representative of Hungary from Bucharest.
The preparatory paper work, as well as the signing of the constitutional document took place at the Embassy of Hungary from Bucharest. A big role, in the writing of the document and in the project elaboration stage, was fulfilled by the AAM Tanácsadó RT (Kapusy Dániel) and Fornetti Romania SRL (Pánczél Zoltán).
